Overturner - Elica

An automatic machine to turn upside down cases containing wine bottles. The overturning cycle is done with a single phase by a propeller system. It handles 2 cases per cycle with formats 6 x 0.75 L and 6 x 1 L getting an output of 10.000 b/h Cases 12 x 0.75 L or 12 x 1 L are handled at one per cycle, giving an output of 12.000 b/h. Cases 6 x 1.5 L are handled at one per time as well, output of 6.000 b/h The cases can go through the system without overturning just moving away a stop guide. The machine can be supplied with its own  lectric control panel or integrated with the controls of the palletiser. The machine is always equipped with fences and access door. It can be supplied with enlarged version 300 mm. longer for output until 15.000 b/h
