De-Palletising - Metro

An automatic low level sweep-off depalletising system, suitable for cylindrical or rectangular bottles, jars and cans Indicated for requent size changing, requiring minimised adjustments.

CHARACTERISTICS
Very strong main frame with 2 columns, supporting one vertical chain drive trolley. Self-levelling depalletiser unit, with pusher driven by inverter and layer transfer plate in polyethylene. Front guide on the pusher unit to support the light-weight products
(bottles in PET). Set of four pliers to keep pads between layers. Anti-fall device for lift trolley. Integral electrical enclosure cabinet CE compliant, and control panel complete with operator push buttons controls. Alphanumeric display with function key board, complete with diagnostic program. Safety guards in compliance with CE regulations.

OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT
Pallet infeed conveyors, equipped with soft start devices or inverters. 15 pallet capacity pallet stacker, to store empty pallets.
Automatic changeover of the foreseen products. Stainless steel discharge table, with alignment on single row, also for square and rectangular shaped containers. Layer pads and inverted trays removal with adjacent storage. Layer binding straps removal device.
