MANRIDER CONVEYOR - TRAVELATOR
At Pro Handling Solutions in 2017 we Designed and Manufactured a two ManRider Conveyor (Moving Floor) for an Automotive Solution for our customer V Installations Ltd. The Conveyors were used to move operators at the same speed as a moving production line to give the Personnel the impression the line was stationary.
This conveyor is Powered by a Conventional Gear-motor. With a Shaft carrying specialised interlocking Sprockets, this in turn conveyors a Plastic Modular Belt along a UHMWPU Slider Bed for Reduced Friction.
The conveyors were 9m in length and the same customer have placed a further order for two 38m long conveyors. These were manufactured in early 2018.
